All listed prices are in CAD, before taxes.

Do your prices include shipping?

Accepted Answer

No.  As shipping prices will change depending on what I'm sending and where I'm sending it to, it will be added to the quote.

Why is my item a different price from the one listed?

Accepted Answer

If the item ordered is exactly as the one pictured, the price should be the same.  When options are changed, there is the chance that the price will increase.

What is the ordering process?

1.  You message me your interest in an item.
 
2.  We discuss options that you want for that item and come to an agreement on the final product.
 
3.  I will provide you with a quote for the agreed upon item.
 
4.  Once the price is agreed to (and in most cases pre-payment is required), then I will start work on your item.

What is the time frame on your items?

Accepted Answer

This is greatly influenced by the item being ordered.  For example, each layer of epoxy on the drinkware requires 12 hours to cure before the next step can be done.
 
I will provide a rough estimate of completion time with the quote.
 
As such, if you are needing an item for a certain day, please order well in advance of that day.
